Pattern – Crochet scrubby

These scrubbies are not only adorable but so useful and reusing these means less waste, which is a massive plus in my books.

I use these daily to clean my face and take my makeup off at the end of the day. They are so useful and so easy to make.

Notes

  • This pattern uses US terms
  • It’s best to use a stitch marker, removing it when you get to that stitch and replacing once you’ve done that stitch

Materials used

Terminology used

  1. mc = magic circle
  2. Sc = single crochet
  3. ch = chain
  4. PS = puff stitch
  5. SS = slip stitch
  6. Sts = stitches

Puff Stitch directions = (Yarn over, insert hook into stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop) x3 into the same stitch. You should have 7 strands on your hook. Yarn over, and pull through all 7 strands. Ch1 to close the stitch.

Round 3: Ch1. SC into next space between two PS of previous round, then SC into next PS. Continue around. (31SC).
Cut yarn and pull yarn through, leaving a tail.
